VERY IMPORTANT PLEASE READ

In 2010, all umpires who were registered in 2009 need only to send in their $25.00 registration fee along with their 2009 Dixie Softball umpire card number.  Umpires NOT registered in 2009 MUST send in $25.00 registration fee and a test will be sent.  All umpires taking the test must pass the test in order to be registered in 2010.

NOTE: Registration request deadline is May 1st

IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT ALL UMPIRES BE REGISTERED FOR SEASON PLAY!

It is time to register umpires before regular season begins. The dead line is May 1st
(post marked) for all requests to be registered as a Dixie Softball Umpire for 2010. The
deadline will be enforced. All request after May 1st will be returned. Sorry, I can not
accept any request by phone or e-mail.

The Dixie Softball umpire test comes from the Dixie Rule Book and from the
Dixie Umpire Handbook. You can purchase handbooks from this office: Handbooks
for $l0.00 each and patches for $1.25 each. A postage fee of $4.00 must accompany orders for handbooks and patches

All answer sheets must be received by the Umpire Committee Chairman (postmarked) no later than May 15, to be registered for tournament games. Only original answer sheet will be accepted by mail.

ALL PAYMENT/CORRESPONDENCE FOR UMPIRE REGISTRATION TESTS, RE-REGISTRATION, UMPIRE PATCHES AND UMPIRE HANDBOOKS MUST BE SENT TO: DSI UMPIRE COMMITTEE, P. O. BOX 730. PLEASANT GROVE, AL 35127.
